Tenant: Maria Hester, Director of Facilities at L3 Communications. Maria has headed facilities for L-3 Communications, Global Securities and Engineering Solutions since 2006.  She is responsible for the Corporate Real Estate portfolio including lease negotiation, operations and management. L3 is the nation’s 6th largest defense contractor with more than 60,000 employees.

Real Estate Attorney: Benjamin Keiser, Partner at DLA Piper

Real Estate Broker: Laurie McMahon, Managing Director/Principal at Cassidy Turley.  Laurie shifted to the firm’s leasing group in 2008 to focus on large, complex and sustainable/green client requirements. Prior to that she was responsible for the firm’s property and project management groups, growing them by 400 percent. Cassidy Turley is one of the largest commercial real estate services providers in the U.S., with 420 million square feet of managed space in 57 locations and $16 billion in completed transactions for 2008.
