Tenant: Alexandra Kosmides, Real Estate Market Specialist, GSA.  Alexandra has conducted real estate research and site selection analysis for 20+ years for national office and retail developers, including the Oliver Carr Company/CarrAmerica and Mills Corporation. Currently she conducts national market research for GSA's Public Buildings Service in the Office of Real Estate Acquisitions, and supports federal green leasing functions.

He has negotiated over 8 million square feet in leases. He’s noted for his expertise on leasing trends in City Center Philadelphia, and frequently speaks to real estate organizations such as BOMA, CoreNet, IREM, and IDRC
LEED Consultant: Max Zahniser, President, Praxis Building Services.  Max has a broad background in architecture, including retail, corporate office, healthcare and industrial projects. His experience includes high-performance/low-impact green buildings. Following several years at architecture firms, Max went on to the U.S. Green Building Council, where he spent 2 years as the LEED(r) Certification Manager
