Tenant: Ed Brownlee, Vice President of Facilities Operations for Turner Properties, the real estate, facilities and project management company of Turner Broadcasting System (TBS). He oversees TBS’ remote locations and properties in several dozen U.S. and international markets.  

Attorney: Brooke Dickerson, Of Counsel, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP.  Firm is one of Atlanta’s largest law firms and noted for its expertise in real estate and environmental law

LEED Consultant/Interiors: Holley Henderson, Principal, H2 Ecodesign, and National USGBC Market Advisory Committee. As the most recent National USGBC LEED-CI Core Committee Chair, she has participated in the LEED Steering Committee and Management Subcommittee since 2007. She was a member of the core team who developed the USGBC LEED-CI / IDC workshop curriculum.

Real Estate Consultant: Greg O’Brien, Principal at Sustainable Options. Greg has more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience as a landlord agent, tenant broker, development principal and investor. He recently joined Grubb & Ellis as a senior vice president

Building Owner: Shannon Westberg, General Manager, Harbor Group Management. Shannon has 15 years experience in commercial real estate high rise management. Since her firm acquired the 100 year old Hurt Building in downtown Atlanta, Shannon has led her staff & tenants in sustainability initiatives that resulted in an Energy Star rating in the top 10% of the nation . The Hurt Building is the first and oldest commercial office building to achieve the prestigious LEED-Existing Buildings Gold Certification in Georgia.
